Welcome to SwariNail.
Customers who purchase items from our store agree to be added to our email list to receive important order and shop information. By making a purchase, customers are deemed to have read and agreed to all our store policies and item descriptions, including but not limited to shape, size, shipping, processing, and item details. You may unsubscribe from emails at any time, but this may affect your receipt of important order/account information and emails.
Processing times
We take great care in designing & creating your set by hand. Your set may take time to make and will be created in the order it was received. It usually takes 1-2weeks before shipping (EXCLUDING weekends and holidays.) Orders placed after 4 P.M. Pacific Standard Time will be received in our studio the following business day. Some sets may take longer, orders with MULTIPLE SETS may require more prep time due to the scale. We have rush options available for purchase in limited stock, if you need your order processed quicker. Rush is offered in a limited quantity, and may not always be available.

Sizing & Shaping
We understand the importance of finding the perfect fit for your nail products. To ensure you have a satisfactory experience, we have created a Shaping reference and size chart and measurement guide (available next to the purchase button of each product) to help you accurately measure the best size for yourself. Please read the size guide carefully. Default Size: If a specific size is not selected, the default size for the selected product will be a standard Medium. It is the client's responsibility to ensure that the default size meets their requirements.
Disclaimer
We do our best to edit photos to reflect what your nails will look like. However, please understand that screens and lighting may affect the way you see the colors, so actual colors may vary. All items are handcrafted, so there may be slight variations. Designs may change based on the availability of supplies, including but not limited to polish colors, gems, and accents. Proper care should be taken when applying and wearing nails. Please understand that it is normal for gems or accents to fall off.
**Shape/sizes are not all universal. Our size chart is a general guideline - though long stiletto and long coffin may fit slightly more narrow as a result of their shape. Ensure fit before placing your order.
We offer various ways to help you find the perfect size. Please understand that we provide measurement guidelines and methods, but results may vary from person to person, and we cannot guarantee the accuracy of every measurement. It is the consumer's responsibility to measure and provide the most accurate size (if you need further assistance or guidance during the measurement process, please contact our Official Customer Service, and we will provide you with patient guidance).
Products that do not fit cannot be exchanged or refunded.
All products are custom made to order for personal care and cannot hygienically be reused, so unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Please do not send your purchase back to SwariNail, they will not be returned and must be destroyed.

We do not offer returns or refunds.
Cancelations will be reviewed on a case by case situation- though generally speaking, there are no refunds, exchanges, or cancelations.
Your nail set will be created in the order the orders are received. Orders placed after 4 P.M. Pacific Standard Time will be received in our studio the following business day. Typically, within the first 24 hours after we receive your order, we will prepare all the raw materials for your custom product. Once all the materials are ready, we will begin the official production.
If you request to cancel or refund your order within the first 24 hours after completing the payment, we will deduct the corresponding processing fees and material loss costs, and refund the remaining amount to you. After 24 hours, we will not accept any cancellation or refund requests initiated by the consumer.
Occasionally, an order is unable to be processed, or needs to be cancelled at the discretion of SwariNail. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If you are approved, then your refund (less a processing fee) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Returned/refused packages (due to incorrect address info or taxes owed) will be reshipped at the buyers expense. We can only hold packages for 30 days awaiting reship payment, after that, your order will be closed. Returned/refused packages are not eligible for refund.
In certain specific cases, if we have mutually agreed to your refund request, please be patient. If you haven't received your refund, first check your bank account again, and then contact your credit card company and your bank, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us via support@swarinail.com, We will do our best to help you identify the cause and try to resolve the issue.
Sale, Custom, and Rush Order items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items and Rush items can not be cancelled or refunded.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
