Shipping, processing & Important info

CREATION TIME

Currently 7-14 days

We take great care in designing & creating your set by hand. Your set may take time to make and will be created in the order it was received. It usually takes 1-2weeks before shipping (EXCLUDING weekends and holidays.) Orders placed after 4 P.M. Pacific Standard Time will be received in our studio the following business day. Some sets may take longer, orders with MULTIPLE SETS may require more prep time due to the scale. We have rush options available for purchase in limited stock, if you need your order processed quicker. Rush is offered in a limited quantity, and may not always be available

Shipping Time

Typically Within 1 week

Orders will be shipped to the address registered in our system. All items sold in our store automatically include the required shipping fees at the time of payment (usually 15% of your order total), and the delivery time may vary depending on your location. Typically, the delivery time for packages is within one week (except during holidays, special circumstances, or force majeure events).

When your order is ready for shipping, you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number.

All mail packages are tracked, and once we hand the package over to the post office, it is out of our control, although it will still be tracked. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged, misdelivered, or stolen packages. We will do our best to assist you in locating misdelivered items. It is the buyer's responsibility to contact the local post office for help in locating the package. All tracking information will be provided through store emails.

Packages returned due to incorrect address information or unpaid taxes will be reshipped at the buyer's expense. We can only hold packages for 30 days awaiting reshipment payment; after that, your order will be closed.

 

Change Delivery Address

Orders will be shipped to the address registered in our system. For security reasons, once a sale has been verified and approved via bank card services, we do not allow address changes. If necessary, please refer to the shipping notification we send at the time of shipment, and contact the corresponding courier service company using the tracking number to attempt to change the address. Please note that any loss caused by the consumer changing the delivery address on their own will be borne by the consumer. If your order has not yet shipped and you wish to change the delivery address, you will need to create a new order with the updated address in our store, complete the payment, and after we receive your new order, you can request to cancel the previous order. After manual review and approval, we will cancel and refund your previous order.

 

Worldwide & International Packages

Depending on your country, worldwide & international packages may require longer delivery times than standard packages. When your order is preparing to ship, you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number. If your order is an international package, the international taxes, customs fees, other related charges, and the declared value of the items for customs in your country are the responsibility of the consumer. The consumer is required to pay all these fees. Please inquire with your local authorities regarding the laws and fees associated with receiving international packages in your area.
